Power outage

On Friday, I showed up to the building with no power. A few square miles of the city had no power due to a transformer going out or something.

Start time was 4, but we didn't get power back until 4:45-ish. Since we were not called ahead of time and advised to come in later, we're still supposed to get paid starting at 4, correct?

Also, I thought UPS buildings had generators?

24 hour notice required on changing start times. My fairly new small Hub doesn't have a generator, the UPS Cartage down the street does.
