In my building the harder you work the more you get dumped on. The ones who are lazy or act like they don't know what they are doing get easier days. But it is what it is. What they don't take into account with those piece per hour numbers is that they are averages the first hour you might only get 100 pieces but the last hour you get 350 pieces and are stacked out then they want to talk pieces per hour I don't think so. Ask for help stack out if you have to. Just keep your head up it will get better. You will get better there is a learning curve with this job almost everyone gets behind at first, but one day you will come in and it will seem like things have clicked. You will have neater loads packages will fit better, and you will have a minimal stack at the end of the day. At least hopefully in my building recently it has been so bad everyone has been stacked out no matter how much they bust their butt. Conveyor belts are tough just try to maximize your carries and stay at he front of your area as much as possible. If you get to the end of your area and have to push packages back up, push them all up including the ones for your last to cars if you pass them on the way up then then start loading at the beginning instead of pushing to the front and then running back to the end. Good Luck.
