Never got in trouble for using NI with a business; if it costs the customer money (like DRing business stops does) I'll leave it alone. otherwise, when people step out the office for a minute without formally closing the shop, NI, to me, sounds more honest. Can see some irrate customer calling because i sheeted them as closed, when the problem was they didn't answer the door (or ignored me if at a store).
As for duplicate stops, I know the method, but something seems slimy about not getting credit for a legitimate stop. I don't use it, outside of customers catching me as I walk away from their door, or at apt stops with multiple left-at. Had chats with the dispatch sup about it; not going to get in trouble for that....for now.
