Newest driver has 7 months pt seniority.











The last time we hired drivers was 10 years ago.

We have about a dozen new drivers in two centers that started last summer with just a few months of PT seniority. Most are finally working again since last January.

When you ar @UpstateNYUPSer and you haven't gotten any since Clinton was in office I'd say that's one hell of an accomplishment.

yes but I said "without unions". unions raises wages for everyone. without them everyone would be at the bottom of the barrel.

I do agree unions do help drive up some peoples wages, I also believe the business agent keeps his job by telling me how valuable he is to me...

im sure i would still have a job kids now a days have no work ethic. last time i left work early i had 2 sups stop me and asked why and how
i was leaving early, told them my sup let me leave to make sure i didnt work for them today and they would get screwed over.
sups in my hub like to play their games on who they can pull to their areas. honestly not sure how i feel about union since it has its good
and its bad but i know in my brothers union they actual members dont tolerate lazy workers and will get into fights u can get fired but
just go to the union hall and they will get you a new job. i believe we have a weak union.
