He sucks , he's been there a week almost, missed literally 30-40 boxes within a matter of 10mins and when we fussed at him he cussed us and said he didn't have time to pull them.

I'd probably cuss at ya too, haha. In our Hub they say that Soups can use 30 days to train someone. So one usually ends up loading 2 of the 3 or 4 trucks the new person gets, which is total B.S. They usually don't use 30 days but how is pulling and loading package cars (after 7 days or so) "training" someone?

This guy only had help the first two days, now they've been mostly making him do it himself, their training is a joke, I've had to try to teach him most of the things he needs to know. This place sets you up to fail, either get good or get gone..
