I just reviewed my paycheck and noticed that on the bottom where it shows your vacation and sick days, it now has section that reads PST 17.50, just wondering what that stands for? Never seen it before...

Are you in one of the states that just passed a mandatory sick time law? Maybe in those states available sick time must be shown as pst or paid sick time?

Yes. City of Seattle has sick leave rules. PST=Personal Sick Time. Separate then the UPS sick time. My sick hours are listed under OTH

I believe if you don't use the OTHER sick days, you are paid in a check for those hours. I still have 20, which is then multiplied by the hourly rate and they cut a check sometime in April.
