I was a seasonal worker hired as a permanent 2 weeks ago I'm currently on 30 day probation qualifying, my question is, how long does it take to receive Insurance? I really don't want Obama care.. Or his fine for not having insurance. Thanks.

    No, Allstate.

You will not receive benefits until one year from your seniority date. Providing you gain seniority.
