PT Supe to Driver

Not that it is a deciding factor for a ft driver position, but I was wondering what the starting pay is for an "outside" driver?

Hi, I don't know where you are, but when I did it, it was based on your current pay as a sup and years of service. I think I started at around $17 p/h. It may be different in different regions due to specific contracts, etc.... I switched at the end of 2004

Varies slightly by what conference/supplement you're under. And on what date, now or 36 months from now? Ask a driver in your current building.

If money not a deciding factor, don't worry about, It's never about the money, just job satisfaction, lol

I should say the beginning rate is not about the money. I was just wondering how long it takes to get to top rate from day 1.
