Why would 5 days matter? If its a holiday, isn't he entitled to holiday pay? Short answer- yes.
Management doesn't really get Holiday pay.
Management is expected to work 5 days per work week.
Since I worked on NYE, I did not work on Wednesday.
For P/T Sup, they can get paid for hours work over 27 (I think) so the P/T sup needs to turn in all hours worked on NYE as hours worked plus the 4 hours of holiday pay.
Unfortunately, there was problems in Europe so I worked from home this morning from 5 a.m. until 11:15 a.m. - I don't know how I'm going to recoup those hours yet
but I will somehow.
