it depends on location. I started at 16.20 more than 2 years ago. The money is good for pt work w/o HS diploma, and you wont get that pay anywhere else without working for the government,years in the union, have desired/in demand skill set or degree. No matter what these people say one this forum, its all personal preference and goals. When you go pt sup/just like pt union. HAVE A BACK-UP plan or career outside UPS
