Question about computer class

There is a training module for the DIAD that is done on a computer. I've actually done it twice. Once when trained as seasonal, and again when I went full time because my training had "expired". It's hot trash. The first time I did it I had never used a DIAD. It seemed really obtuse and intuitive. The second time, actually knowing fully how to use a DIAD, it was a WTF is this moment. Seemed like it was made by programmers who had never actually used a DIAD. Complete waste of time.

I learned this as WESLA.

Interesting there's a different acronym others use..
