Question about moving Violations

Hello everyone, i'm on my 4th day of my 30 day probational period. Last week my manager call me to the office and asked me fill in a form that asks whether i've had any moving violations or accidents in the previous year. Then asked me to sign the paper at the end. My question is: Does every driver needs to fill this form every year? and as i always read from this forum, dont sign anything unless is your check? so was i not obligated to sign that form??? Thank you for your time.

It's actually federal law that you are supposed to fill out a Motor Vehicle Driver Certification of your past 12 month driving record each year. UPS will probably ask for your MVR also just as confirmation. But who knows what it's like in other areas of the country and how diligent they are at those sorts of things.

Whatever you do don't lie, they'll find out. If you don't have anything to hide.....sign away. Its whats you need to do if you want to become a FT pkg driver.
