Annoy a liberal today. Hit them with facts.
It's not crap, it's the absolute truth. Why does KP and TDU get a copy when neither have anything to do with Teamsters. Because TDU is a ponzi to eradicate organzed labor from within.
If KP does or does not keep copies of irb election investigations doesn't matter.

He is allowed to do that.

Why are you attacking KP for something he is allowed to do?

Yes he stole money.

He took money from a company to convince rank and file Teamsters to accept less in their contract negotiations.

That is stealing money that Teamsters should have got.
You are assuming that those members would've received more money. It wasn't guaranteed. So you are wrong.

Show me where it states that you can't request something from someone because it's illegal

Are you serious? If you walk into a bank and request that the teller empty their cash drawer into your bag, you've got a problem! If you're a union official and request ANY compensation from an employer that you are bargaining with, you've also got a problem. In fact...that makes you a sellout dirtbag and an embarrassment to the Union that you swore to represent!

What Teamster jobs did H have before running for GP?
James P. Hoffa grew up on picket lines and in union meetings. He is the only son of James R. Hoffa, former General President of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. On his 18th birthday, Hoffa received his own union card and was sworn in by his father. Prior to becoming Administrative Assistant to Michigan Joint Council 43, Hoffa was a labor lawyer in Detroit for 25 years.

TEAMSTER CAREER

1960s: Teamster laborer in Detroit and Alaska, loading and unloading freight from ships, driving trucks and buses, and operating heavy equipment.
E
1968-93: Teamster attorney representing members in workers compensation cases, Social Security, and personal legal matters; represented Teamster joint councils and local unions.

1993-98: Administrative Assistant to the President of Michigan Joint Council 43.

1999-Present: General President, International Brotherhood of Teamsters.

All accurate info. Also he has consistently PAID HIS DUES since the 60's. He worked unloading ships on the Great Lakes, and he worked driving trucks, heavy equipment and buses in Alaska during the construction of the BEMIS (Ballistic Missle Early Warning System) military base there you go sparky.

wide load

Starting wage is a waste of time.
Anybody is allowed.

It's public record after they make the report to the IBT.
But it's not "after", hell look at every election protest right now? It's automatic. TDU is in bed with the government to screw over organized labor AND ruin organizing drives. Thanks TDU, you really are a bunch of phony losers. LOSERS!!!

How many times are you going to regurgitate this BS? If he had "consistently PAID HIS DUES since the 60's" he would not have been ineligible to run for General President in 1991. FACT!

Read the Labor Management Reporting & Disclosure Act of 1959, otherwise known as the Landrum Griffith Act. Requesting and receiving a thing of value from an employer by a labor official is illegal.
