Hey...I give him half the credit. I guess I just don't like racing where you have to depend on someone else to win. I wish they would go back to when the bumpers didn't match up. At least then you could only bump-draft in the straightaways.

What about the poor guy who's the odd man out? Through no fault of his/her own, they're left out to dry. It could happen to anyone (points leader to an also-ran). I don't know...to me it just isn't pure racing when you have to count on someone else to help push you around the track. JMO

Its been that way in one form or another since 88 when they went with the restrictor plates. Want mano-a-mano racing watch the NHRA.
