Again, we are under the Railroad Labor Act.
I'm fairly certain you weren't around UPS when they first organized and haven't got the first clue what it takes to do so. Foremost you need the support of the union. In our case it most likely would be the IBT and they won't even return our calls. They know it ain't happening until RLA goes away. So hold your flippant comments until you know what your what are talking about.

If the RLA went away today, there would be more than enough union cards signed within 60 days.

He probably meant standard because we all know that you contractors brought the average way down.
