Ground beef, cabbage, onion and other things in layers in a tall skillet with lid on........no stir, no peek. Done in 35 mins.

Yesterday, I tried the 'limited time only' Reuben sandwich at Subway. It was very good....melted swiss, Russian dressing, sauerkraut, corned beef on rye. They should put it on the regular menu.

Caesar's Palace still has the best Reuben (IMO) . But this one at Subway is AOK.

Michaels seems to have a lot of 50% off Christmas items and it's still only Nov. 30th. I'll bet they have Valentine's stuff in the back room just waiting to bust out of there.
PEOPLE....enjoy the holiday time no matter what you are doing. Everyday isn't always good, but there is some good in every day.
