I've personally been in a school bus that had them but recently then ones I've seen don't

I don't like how that article says it would cost such and such a million while only saving one life son it's not worth it! WTF?!

All it would take is to install the seat belts and hire adult monitors to ride along and make sure the belts are worn at all times.

I think they all should have seat belts........but they don't. Money to that stupid CORE crap instead of your child's safety. More gov't screw ups in the priority department.
