[QUOTE="MondayLates, post: 1859711, member: 59705"] I was curious after reading that Bloomberg article linked in the oversized thread. Here are the rate increases for the past seven years. These are all from the FedEx website (just google FedEx Express 20xx rate increase) 2009 (increase vs 2008): 6.9% 2010 (increase vs 2009): 5.9% 2011 (increase vs 2010): 3.9% 2012 (increase vs 2011): 5.9% 2013 (increase vs 2012): 5.9% 2014 (increase vs 2013): 3.9% 2015 (increase vs 2014): 4.9% Now compare that to the raises that we have received over that same time period. Here is what I personally got during those same years. 2011 was the only year the raise was performance based (also everything 2008 and before). The other years were either the same for everybody or based on the quartile matrix. Mar 2009: no raise Mar 2010: 2% Mar 2011: 4% Mar 2012: no raise Oct 2013: 2% (raises moved back to October) Oct 2014: 2% Oct 2015: 6% (pending) They have made a premium on our labor nearly every year while claiming the opposite.
