I don't have exact numbers, but at my station it's around 50% for hourlies, 70% for managers. I guess we need to ask bbsam if these are indicators of a "good businessman" at the helm.
Absolutely. Not because the turnover rate is high, but because they have the resources to either keep churning or substantially sweeten the deal for hourlies at will. You guys say it all the time. Express is a very profitable company. When they decide that the present employment situation does not suit them, they will change it. And that has little to nothing to do with employee happiness. It's all about the money.
