Exactly! Think of an iceberg. You only see the tip. There is so much more you don't see. The same goes for UPS. The driver is just a link in the chain that runs from the shipper to the recipient. Everybody who handled your package had to do their job properly to get it to you on time.

Glad to see your happy ,funny how when things are going your way you are very content!!! Your company must be perfectly run,why don't you get off your couch ,drive to Atlanta and tell the UPS board of directors how this place should be run to make your life better!!!

Isn't this nothing more than human nature?

There was a couple once that had son that when he was 8 years old he had never spoken a word. They had taken him to every doctor they could find to no avail. One morning at breakfast, he look at his plate and said " This dog gone toast is burnt like the devil!". Dropped jawed, the Mother was astonished that after 8 years her child finally spoke. She asked him why he had never said anything before. He said, " Up till now everything has been OK."
