A friend of mine owns the franchise "got junk". One of his drivers got nailed by a red light cam. He was wondering how does UPS handle the ticket. The ticket is in the business name. Thanks

I think it's a 17 I offense discharge they could probably trump up a dishonesty A offense also!!!!!!

in DC the drivers will pay the ticket and some get warning letters.

UPS only pays parking tickets. Everything else is to be covered by the driver.

We have them here. They get sent to our district office and forwarded to our center. they are then given to the driver accompanied by a warning letter. The crazy part is that by the time all this happens the driver has about 3 days to pay the ticket.

Time to switch license plates with the first FedEx truck that comes along! When FedEx sends UPS the ticket, we'll just send it back with a note saying, "Wash your truck!"
