well if hes an ups employee he couldnt be the 6th bid

I thought a PT Sup could be considered for a 6th bid? UNLESS, no one signs for that 6th outsider bid?

OH OH OH OH OH! He and 2 OMS clerks are contracted through a different company. No lie, and I've said this before, he is the best driver and worker who isn't a UPS employee we have.
