Residential SO

It has more to do with their plans of making Express more of a part time workforce. Making service wouldn't be a problem if they had enough couriers and just let us do our jobs. They have cut so many routes over the years along with the micromanagement have turned most stations into giant cluster-fu cks. So believe what you want about this company but just remember you are on the outside looking in. They only tell the general public what they want to and even that is twisted.

Bingo!! It's all about creating an essentially all PT workforce. They have announced the dual service commitments for SO just to be able to split the day evenly into 2 separate part-time shifts. Is it a coincidence that we are hiring double-digit numbers of PT couriers at the exact same time this announcement was made? Hardly.

Better make that 3 part time shifts. They still need someone to pick up packages between 1100 and 1600 in most markets. Either that or dump the promise of the 1 hour pick up window.
