yep, its pretty simple, I went in for orientation as I was already hired, refused to sing the union form, informed I had to join the union, and escorted out right in front of 30 other people
In front of 30 new hires who want to work here...you think they're going to take your side against UPS? I saw nothing! Smarten up and stop wasting a lawyer's time.

lol, its a 5 week job, google ntrw its free representation for people that have had their rights violated

Why would anyone at UPS pay union dues for an $8.50 part time job? that's not even a union wage, Mcdonalds pays more than that...lol fedex pays 13 and no dues....wow

PT at ups starts at $10-11 depending on which shift you work. PTers get free health insurance....I'd take that over $13 at Fedex and have to pay for insurance.
