If you want rumors, I've heard:

- The length of time to progress to top pay will increase. (Feasible IMO.)

- UPS would like to create its own version of Home Delivery (only M-friend), with a smaller top wage. (Not likely IMO.)

So is this something were a new driver who will not reach top pay by the new contract will have to wait even longer for pay and vacations? Or will they still get top pay after 3 years as it will only apply to people hired AFTER the start of the next contract?

Current employees would be grandfathered---this would only affect future hires.
