Satellite centers.

What are some of the reasons for pulling them back to original centers? Specifically. We are trying to make a case to IE.

Demonstrate how pulling them back will save money, if it will.

Can't have mine. I love being satellited. Couldn't pay me enough to go back to the center!

Because they save the the satellite route a few bucks but increase the mileage and time and cost of 5 routes around them.
