No politician likes a recall. Win or lose, it is still a referendum on their ability to lead. As usual, you miss the point entirely. Walker was weakened by the recall, and the investigation into his conduct is ongoing.

Intelligent conversations are nearly impossible with the Right because they are generally the antithesis of intelligence. Walker has been the subject of numerous investigations, and he's a well-known patron of the Koch Brothers, among others.
To say that a recall elections is in any way a "victory" is pretty stupid. Yes, Walker eked it out, but there would never have been a recall in the first place if the citizens of Wisconsin were satisfied with his leadership.

Job #1 from Day #1 of the BHO presidency has been for Republicans to obstruct, deflect, and otherwise do whatever possible to ensure that the Black President does not succeed. Mitch McConnell said as much when Obama was elected.
