Honestly,

The part timers way out number the full time. If they ever got involved they could control the outcome of every contract and there would be no need to have a separate one. I do think it would be a bad idea for two contracts.

Its true that part-timers dont participate a whole lot. But I still dont believe it is right to force them to remain on a contract that extorts them. There are still a good 10% of part-timers out there that are active in the union. Let that 10% decide their own language. Why shouldn't part-timers decide on contract language for part-timers? At least with 10% of those part-timers participating, it would be a contract decided by part-timers, for part-timers...
