Van would probably be hired back at nearly the same rate. Why?Becasue mid-range is pretty much what a new hire gets anyway.
The raise policies of the last decade have virtually made it a two tier scale, top range and then new hire(which is pretty close for anyone hired in the last ten years).

Here are the official results. That's Dano on the right,Thornton at upper left, and Bronczek at lower left. Fred is in the middle.

Hmm, looks like that three-legged PSP stool I've heard so much about over the years.

We haven't had a meeting yet. All we've been told is that it was the lowest score a manager has been given in years at our location. Our Sr Mgr went on record saying he/she didn't like not being able to tell who had or had not taken the SFA this year. He/she claimed that those who had not taken it would have given scores favorable to management and the company. The looks on the faces of all the new people taking FedEx's "anonymous" survey for the first time were priceless.

Yea, right. Just keep telling yourself that!
Like I said before. The ones not taking the survey are the ones who gave up on it having any bearing on how they are treated . That SM should feel secure in putting all of those employees in the "highly disagree" category.
