Does a new preload shifter get paid more than a new preloader?

Preloaders sorters and pickoff's get a dollar premium ontop of the generic basepay. Shifters get 25cts premium. So to answer your question new employee workering as a shifter during preload hours will make 75cts less then a newly hired employee who's job is preloading.
