The Union could very well decide to earmark more of the wages portion to part-timers at the expense of full-timers but is unlikely to do so because very few part-timers actively participate in the union. $8.50 IMO is not enough to attract the type of employee UPS needs. $10/hr to start would be more equitable.</span></p></blockquote><p></p>
