Q: What is the total max Sick Leave Accumulation one can roll over year after year?

I'm currently at 25 days (5 per year for the last 5 years).

I usually run out of days long before I run out of year.

I never realized parts of UPS actually have paid sick days or that they can be rolled over to the next year. That dosen't sound like the UPS I worked for. One contract we received 3 paid sick days and 2 personal paid holidays. You had to be off at least 2 days in a row to collect on the sick days (and have a note from the doctor that Johnny was sick and couldn't work). The sick days couldn't be rolled over and unused ones were not paid for at the end of the year. The next contract they cut out paid sick days altogether and gave us an extra week. No work no pay---unless it was a scheduled vacation.

3 sick days a year accumulative until 8 here. 7 personals a year not accumulative ,but you can block 5 for an extra week vacation.
