This Is sad. IM on road everyday as we all are 8-12 hours a day and I am white knuckled on the wheel from what I have to avoid many times a day after 21 years.

I can write a letter to the Editor of the Orange County Registrar to let the public know who they killed....put public pressure on to prosecute this as a homicide

Dealio Lockhart, 35, of Whittier, identified as one of the suspected street racers, was arrested at the scene and will face vehicular manslaughter charges

CA Punishment for Felony Vehicular Manslaughter
A felony vehicular manslaughter conviction is punishable by 2, 4 or 6 years in state prison.

CA Fleeing the Scene
If you flee the scene of the crime after committing a violation of California Penal Code section 192 (vehicular manslaughter), you face an addition term of imprisonment of 5 years in state prison

The driver of the Charger remains at large.

This has to be charged as a felony and most they get is 6 years and 12 for the criminal who fled......so wrong for murders....

With any luck, he can be charged for all 3 deaths and get 6 years for each.

A 35 year old in a Dodge Charger racing on public highway a Challenger is a deliberate and pre-meditated blatant disregard for human life...just should be a minimum of 25 to life....on each death and additional charges for the other victims struggling to live...if they do it will be horrific lives crippled....Whisky Tango Foxtrot!!!!!

That fire was horrifying. Was that a diesel or CNG tractor? Prayers for his family.

TV shows that glorify illegal racing should be held accountable.
Oh stop it , by your account then we shouldn't watch moves at all because it glorify what the movie is about

So mission impossible has chase scenes , go in 60 seconds and any movie that has cars going fast , also get rid of movie bullet because it could have a part also

So instead let's stop watching tv instead of raising our kids with respect to others out there and teaching then that there is a consequence of your actions

A movie is different than these TV shows, just is. They never show the downside of illegal racing. A lot of the show is fake but they don't tell you that.
