That is fine being a Hub sorter. Being a boxline sorter you sort by address not zip codes. I can not image any of the new sorters who have only sorted by PAL labels try the old way. Of course we were paid $.50/hour less then drivers after a 30 day progression with full benefits.

I remember those days, but I worked in a big metro so different zips were sorted to certain areas and broke down into 2 sometimes, depending on splits and what not.

Dumb the job down and pay minimum wage seems to be the way UPS is going. With EDD and PAS and now ORION I don't know how long $100k a year delivery drivers will be around.
