Special pension buy out?

Yesterday I received my special pension file material in the mail;
my Buyout is pretty substantial 360k or all the other options Or all the other options.
My biggest concern is I cannot get a straight answer from anybody if this includes both of my pensions.
I also noticed there is no reference to any medical insurance benefits

When I left in 2012 I received two distinct letters detailing two separate amounts one from my time at Overnite/UPs and one from my time at UPS freight 2500+ & 535+ For total of just over 3000 K
Anybody have any thoughts?

Also does anybody have a telephone number for the retirement section of UPS that I can call to inquire about my normal benefits?

My understanding is that this is only being offered to those that are not working at UPS/Freight any more. They can't offer to anyone already retired and collecting
