Retired 22 years
Since UPS came to town where I live, in I believe 1962, there has only been 11 drivers (both feeder and package car) that have retired out of the local center. 2 have died since retiring and one winters in Arizona. The rest of us (all 8) met today for breakfast and BS. I highly recommend getting together like this if you can. I learned alot about the in and outs of being retired. It was funny when the waitress brought the menus and everyone at the same time reached for their reading glasses- at least the ones that are still so vain as to try to get along without glasses to begin with did.
