Still out from back surgery

The solution I took was walking as re-raise mentioned and controlled exercises given by my Physical Therapist. I still today do the exercises everyday. However it allows me to golf 4 days a week. So there can be a light at the end of the tunnel. It is a slow recovery. Listen to your doctor and Physical Therapist and you will get back to a liveable life.
