This is my first post, I am trying to sell stock. Every time I look at the Mellon website it states that I can not sell stock at this time. When I call the 1800 number all I get is recordings. Can anyone tell me when I can sell stock?

the "sell" tab will only appear between the hours of 9:30am and 4:00pm (trading hours). If you have shares available to sell (vested/unrestricted) you should be able to sell during that time. I had the same problem then decided to log in from work at noon one day and low and behold, the sell button was there.
