From what I read the family deductible will be increasing from 1500 to 3600. For those of you who aren't good with math that comes out to an additional $300/month. No info yet on paycheck deduction but rest assured its increasing. Currently it's around $80/wk.That ALONE puts the annual cost for a family $7500. This is the premier plan too. Anyone with dependents or in need of specialty care themselves be prepared! (Sarcasm who could possibly prepare for that) Currently it cost $50copay. From my personal experience with my son his visits run about $400. That will be my responsibility each visit up to $3600. I believe copays to PCP have been eliminated and our responsibility will be 20% If visit is billed at $200 you will pay $40. Currently it's $25. PCP visits won't be subject to deductible(gee thanks!) Basically this is how ill sum things up. If you or any of your dependents need medical services you will pay dearly differing costs to fedex until the above mentioned $7500 threshold. Then and only then will fedex incur any costs.
