We have had a lot of this going on in our Hub's around here In Missouri.....Is this going on all around.....If this is the Case all of Use Feeder Drivers will be Out of work Soon...

Goes on every peak. We also have independent brokers bring loads into the yard and drop them off,leaving with empties. There`s nothing we can say about this because until a shipper hands over their packages they are free to deliver them to us by any means.

Columbia gets 3-4 independents every night bringing in loads from avon, and others.

Is UPS subcontracting them or is the shipper using them because they got a cheaper deal to get the loads to UPS? First situation,file. Second situation, SOL.
