Sup asked me if i wanted more hours?

In the middle of my preload this morning my sup asked me if i wanted more hours because they need 2 people to help load on the twilight shift...

I said yes, but was just wondering are they trying to switch my shifts you think? or just offering more hours to me? she said it was because i show up early, im here everyday, and work hard...

what you guys think..

I like the working preload and loading on metro... and how much different is loading on the twilight shift than loading metro?

I've done both. I hated working preload. To me, metro is much better.

When I was PT, the bosses would put up a sign up sheet for working splits. It was by seniority and if you signed, you were agreeing to work all days. If you called off on a Friday, they would not let you sign again.
