I never said anything about them being a couple, someone else did.

Besides fraternizing is not limited to that type of relationship, it simply:

"2. To associate on friendly terms with an enemy or opposing group, often in violation of discipline or orders"

And simply put, any bargaining unit hourly hanging with management outside of work is fraternizing and nt allowed.

Franternization outside of work is not banned in the policy book.

Favoritism is strongly discouraged.

Many of our people have contact with each other outside of work. They have to understand the limitations of that relationship at work.

A sup and hourly that work in the same building and live together would be a relationship that violates our policy book because it could result in actual or percieved favoritism.
