So wake up at 0730 go out to warm up the car for the drive into the Center and find over a foot of new wet snow on the ground. Oh, boy!
Go back in and get ready to roll.. center manager calls me asks me if they give me the day off will I work on Saturday. Saturday is generally air only but even if not it is easy money and all OT plus the roads would likely be plowed out by then. It wans't "yes" it was "Hell, yes!" LOL
Apparently they are expecting a lot of extra volume that day.. plus I know we are picking up all the UPS stores. Guess we will see.. but today was certainly a good day to drive the couch.
