Supervisors referring loaders as "bodies"?

I routinely call one of my supervisors a . He doesn't get mad cause he knows it's true.

It appears that some are going to have a hard time at UPS (or any job as far as that goes) if just being called a "body" upsets them. Its time to grow a pair.

This is the "real" world. The term bodies has been used since I started in '72. What's the big deal. We are all just numbers in the world we live in and if you want to make it... Rod is correct...you need to grow a set! Throw out your political correctness and realize not everyone gets a trophy even if you lose. If the term "body" upsets this generation then I feel sorry for them.

I think someone grieved the "swinging dick" language of the past and the settlement was the non-gender specific term of "bodies". Maybe everyone should be a "Team Member" or "Valued Associate". The Drivers could be "Customer Care Specialists"...
