How do the points compare to the compensation of one of our sales persons?

I have a hard enough time now explaining to customers why I am getting there around 15:00 with the stuff they want to turnaround and send out at their 16:00 pickup. Also, this week I was asked by several shippers about a looming strike they heard through the grapevine ( AKA Fedex sales team).

Hard to sell our services when I am trying to retain the business we have. Add in a preload that is pressured to move 25% more volume our building was designed to handle in a shorter period of time, and you get a bunch of crushed boxes tossed in the truck under heavy weights.

Just saying.

I had no idea we got points. How many do you need for the I pad lol. Guess I need to check upsers site to see if I have any points. Or can you check?

I did not get anything in the mail. One day a sheet of stickers were sitting with my call tags. Did not even get a pcm for what why we got the stickers.
