You get one 10 paid bread for every 4 hours of work. Not necessarily 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon.

Here's the DOL rules governing paid breaks States not listed do not require paid breaks.

Isn't there a code for paid break? I got in trouble (several years ago) for using it instead of 13 and 14...sheesh I can't remember what the number was not 28 or 29 though...I don't think

I get paid 10 minute breaks... it's called a bathroom break.. since there is no code for it(unless you are in cali)
