No Doubt. I'm developing new found respect for Bush. It appears he was somewhat omnipotent in that he was everywhere doing everything that ever went wrong in the world while Billions of people helplessly stood by.

I was being sarcastic but I was pulling this reverse play from the theology playbooks of quite a few televangelists who claim that katrina was god's vengence on a wicked city (shades of Sodom and Gomorrah) as well as from the playbook of a televangelist who claimed that 9/11 was god withdrawing his protection from a nation that allows abortion.

During the funeral for Rose Kennedy, god could have wiped out most of the "clan" by blowing out the tires of the bus that had a police escort traveling form Cape Cod to Boston at over 80 mph, why so fast ?

Now the united states has acquired new terrritory as a result of not a single bullet being shot . Rumour has it that while Obama was up in Maine, he stepped near the ocean and raised his arms and calmed the seas and kept the hurricane away. God is Great and Obama is almost as great.
