They have hired more drivers,in the past year!....Than the last 10 combined!....Lets see how many actually stick around!....We had a few newbies,run out the door,for dear life!

They haven't hired any new drivers here...just PTers...and they drop like flies.
Pay them half rate,double the workload........nope,they are not gonna put up with that!....They can stand working there,!

you mean the new drivers? If they can't hack the job.....17.50/hr or 33/hr doesn't really change that fact.

You already know...I told you. And with OT it would be more like 3x my annual pay. But I'm no comparison...they're in progression to make double pay in a few years....I'm not.

Regardless of the pay, the nature of the job pretty much sucks. But at least UPS seems to recognize the suck factor with their compensation package.
All FedEx does is remind you that they didn't come looking for you to work there and if you don't like it you're more than welcome to walk back out the same door you walked in.

We just put on two new ft drivers.
We may set the record in replacing manual transmissions too. They seem to go hand in hand.

If I had a dollar for all of the predictions backed up by R1a and MF's "accurate inside info" that never happened, I could buy the gold in Fort Knox. Pages and pages and pages of this board were devoted to how terrible things were going to be based on "insider info." Then nothing happened, and everyone forgot about it and went on to the next big terrible thing.

I've been a moderator on other forums so I should have a good idea. Comments like "you hardly rate ignoring" are nothing more than a cheap shot.
