A revolving door workforce doesn't have much skin in the game, and The Teamsters know it. They won't touch Express. And, no, there is little foresight on the part of most employees. It was so frustrating to see so many people be so ignorant of their situation and be willing to take zero risks to possibly improve the working environment. Scared sheep go willingly to the slaughter.</p><p></p><p>A topped-out UPS driver is well into 6 figures with OT and has an outstanding benefits program, including a real pension and medical plans.</p></blockquote><p></p>
