I was with a supe in my early days and he suggested we cut across a lawn. Homeowner yelled at us. I don't cut across lawns too often, even on the rural dusty weed beds.

To be fair....I've been outside and have seen my UPS driver do the same thing. If I didn't work for Brown and know how hard you guys work...I might think it was a little rude to cut across my lawn too. Most customers don't understand.
